This elevator system shown here is what we expect to buy from JNDC. These pictures are from a building in BGC that they upgraded 6 elevators.

The proposed job will replace almost everything: the car, the doors, the motors, all the electrics, all the displays, and adds airconditioning. Everything in these photos below, will be replaced.


Inside: new car, new insides, include AC, much improved displays, smooth ride, high ceiling option.


Outside: All doors replaced, decorative finishes, improved displays, door close safety stop.


Machine room: Replace all motors, cables, wiring, electronics. Added emegengy power, earthquake protection, surge protections. Improved group controller.


The shaft and car: All doors and tracks and motors replaced, upgraded card scan system, replaced all rollers.
