Summary	0000001: Drive ramp traffic light - continuously stuck on red
Description	The driveway traffic light for ground to B1 level, is stuck on red for ever. It never turns off. This makes it useless at advising drivers.
Additional Information	Reported in writing to admin on Sep 29th 2023. This item has been broken a very long time.
